How it works
From signing up to watching class
Two short paths: one for students joining classes, one for teachers running them.
For students and parents
Joining and learning
- 01
Get your account
Sign up yourself, or let your teacher add you. If they add you, they give you a temporary password and you can change it once you log in.
- 02
Join a class
Open your teacher's profile and request to join a class. They approve it, and the class appears on your dashboard. Students added by a teacher are enrolled already.
- 03
Watch and rewatch
Published recordings show up in your classes. Each one plays for 45 days from the day it is published to your class, with no limit on how often you watch.
- 04
Keep your materials
Tutes, past papers and notes sit with the class. Download them whenever you need them.
About locked content. Recordings and tutes from a paid class open for the months your teacher has marked as paid. If a month is not marked, that month stays locked until it is. Free classes are open to everyone, with no account needed.
For tuition teachers
Setting up and running your classes
- 01
Create a teacher account
Sign up as a teacher. Our team reviews new teacher accounts before a public profile can go live, so students only find real classes.
- 02
Set up classes
Pick your grades and subjects, then add each class with its schedule and monthly fee. Publish your profile when you are ready to be found.
- 03
Add your students
Add students directly with their email, or approve the requests that come from your profile. A student already on ClassHub keeps their existing login.
- 04
Upload recordings and tutes
Upload a class recording and publish it to a class. Add tutes and papers the same way. Both reach the students enrolled in that class.
- 05
Mark class fees
Record who has paid for the month. Marking a month paid opens that month's recordings and materials for that student.
- 06
Pick a plan when the trial ends
Your 14-day trial starts immediately. After it, choose a plan and send your payment request; we activate it for the month or the year.
